Bengaluru-based leading property developer Embassy Group is organizing its annual Embassy Pedal for the Planet , a unique bicycling event for the general public on 10 September 2017. As a responsible real estate developer, Embassy Group is taking up this pioneering initiative to promote cycling to work in the larger interest of promoting a greener planet.
Embassy Pedal for the Planet is being hosted at Embassy Springs, a 300-acre gated community located in North Bangalore. This is an open event for the public who are passionate about cycling and wish to explore different ways to protect the environment. Bikes are available on hire for the participants on a first come first serve basis.
Corporate professionals working in leading MNCs in Bangalore are expected to participate in this event, which includes various types of races – 40km ProElite cycling race for men & women, 25km Amateur race for men & women, 15km Open Ride race for novices and 18 km CXO Challenge race. All the proceeds raised from the Pedal for the Planet are going to be donated to an NGO named, Colours of Life.
