We had given contract to Eco Home Solutions to build our house. He doesn’t keep the business transparent. He lied about the cost of materials from the beginning. He made sure he used the cheapest quality materials as much as possible. Mud blocks were the only good materials he could get and all the other materials starting from door frames to steel were of poor quality. He could do it as we believed him and we weren’t visiting the site frequently. But later when we started visiting the site regularly we understood the cheating we were going through. Hardly 30% of the amount we paid was spent on the building. We had no other option than breaking the contract.
Every time we ask for explanation he used to cook a story thanks to his fibsterism skills. He shows houses built by Chitra Vishwanath and other architects and says he built them. If anyone is considering him for house construction contract please ask him to show at least one or two houses completed by him and talk to the owner of the house.
