The Company was established in the year 1993 under the aegis of Mr. J. P. Kanodia (Promoter & Managing Director) with a vision to provide word wide best quality products in the Spices, food and feed.

It started its journey from the processing of quality spices and became first company in the Northern India to receive Spice House Certificate from Spices Board (Government of India), for their processing facilities for spice oils and oleoresins. ‘Further, recognizing the increased demand in feed ingredients industry on the globe, the company diversified the product matrix by entering into the trading of feed ingredients. Now, it is a well established brand in world in processing & exporting of a wide range of feed ingredients.
