Uttishta Bharatha, in association with Kartavya, Hasiru Mission, Kagakka Gubakka and other NGOs are organizing the “Spare A Day For Nature – Seed Ball Maha Abhiyana” campaign. In this regard, around 30 million seed balls are expected to be spread across the country this year. The campaign is kicking off at 8 am on April 23 at Krishna Rao Park in Bengaluru with the making of seed balls.

Seeds are placed in the middle of a ball made up of a mixture moist clay, red soil, cow dung and cow urine. Uttishta Bharatha, a patriotic and social service organization, has taken the responsibility to collect the required clay and fertile mud, while the other green volunteers and partners are pitching in with other tasks.
