Yes Bank, a leading private bank has recently launched the 4th edition of its Yes Bank Natural Capital Awards aimed at felicitating the pioneers of natural capital conservation. These awards recognize individuals, organizations and educational institutes that are dedicated to spearheading ecological conservation and environmental stewardship in India.
The Yes Bank Natural Capital Awards for 2018 consists of seven categories: Pixel Perfect, Trailblazer, Capturing the Ganges (photography) and Nature Leader under individual contributions; Eco Corporate (manufacturing/services) Small Scale Organizations (MSMEs/non-profits) Eco Campus (educational institutes) under organizational contributions.
Launched in 2013, the Yes Bank Natural Capital Awards recognizes pioneering individuals and institutes, who have made natural capital preservation their utmost priority, who would be felicitated in a ceremony in New Delhi in October 2018. The competition has gained a lot of popularity over the and saw a wide participation of more than 10,000 entries from government agencies, corporate companies, international diaspora, wildlife & natural history specialists, sustainability professionals, and multilateral agencies last year. The last date for submissions this year is 31 July 2018.
